The client had an existing website, unfortunately that website was poorly designed leading to extremely high bounce rates from the landing page. Our goal was to rebuild the website with both included mobile responsiveness and user experience in the forefront of the design.

Discovery
First, we did an assessment of the client’s current website, social media, seo strategy, digital marketing presence and current online market, customers and competitors. The research revealed a target demographic and market not yet utilised by the client. Our challenge: Create a website and online presence which would target the right people and deliver the right message to get results.
Create
Based on the data we gathered along with A/B testing, A responsive website with targeted campaigning and overreaching digital strategy was the best way to improve the client’s online presence. From here we redesigned and built the clients new mobile responsive and user experience focused website with relevant content to engage existing and new customers.

Measure & Grow
Through monitoring of analytics and audience insights, we were able to pinpoint customers more accurately. This is what we call growth-driven strategy: Evolving the online presence with consumer behaviour in mind. By testing and measuring efforts against results it was possible to continue to increase the client’s online growth.
